This was the first of three office building towers, a 40-storey office building including a 7-storey podium. This building sits on 3-level basement, located on Jalan K.H. Mas Mansyur Jakarta.

The structural system is reinforced concrete core wall and open frames and the foundation consists of bored piles, with a length extending down to 70 metres from the surface.
