Located in the leafy green surrounds of Tangerang, The Lana is an apartment complex that consists of two 37-storey buildings with a 6-level podium and a 1-level basement. The floor plate area for each tower is 900 square metres and the total gross floor area is approximately 100,000 square metres.

The massing of the tower consists of four individual ‘bars’ per tower clustered together towards the centre of each tower to create a slender appearance. Creating this look with such a huge mass was a structural challenge, particularly in achieving the required lateral stiffness.
