This development consists of a 34-storey hotel tower with three levels of basement, located on Jalan Dr. Satrio, Jakarta. The total floor area covers 32,340 square metres. This four-star hotel boasts a glass-walled swimming pool on its third level and hanging dining areas on its last three uppermost floors, where the architect put irregular glass boxes cantilevering four metres, 120 metres high above the road.
