The Pakubuwono House is the fourth project of the Pakubuwono development. The 32-storey apartment tower comprises 13,903 square metres of parking areas in its lower 9 levels and 15,917 square metres of residential areas.
The asymmetrical layout creates torsional irregularities, which were solved by using a reinforced concrete core wall on one side, and another shear wall on the opposite side in combination with open frames.
