The prestigious Pakubuwono Residence consists of five 26-storey towers with a total floor area of approximately 170,000 square metres. The design concept maximizes the use of the land for landscape, where the top of the basement is used for a swimming pool and a lush garden, providing the atmosphere of a holiday resort.  

The towers sit on top of a 2-level basement. The structural system for the towers is a reinforced concrete flat slab with a central core wall as the lateral system. The three towers are supported by reinforced concreted mat on soil, while the other two sits on bored piles.
