The Pakubuwono Signature is the crème de la crème of the whole Pakubuwono residential complex which consists of 11 towers in South Jakarta – all designed by Davy Sukamta & Partners. The Signature is the tallest among them, soaring 50-storeys high above the ground, and has four luxury apartments per floor.

This 250-metre-tall apartment is the first building designed with a performance based seismic design procedure in Indonesia. The lateral system is a reinforced concrete core wall and 3-storey outrigger.

A wind tunnel study conducted by CPP Wind Engineering and Air Quality Consultants, shows the 10-year wind acceleration for the top floor is approximately 9g, well within the international guidelines for occupant comfort. The building sits on a foundation of bored piles, with a diameter of 1.0-1.2 metres.
