The Pakubowono Spring development consists of two apartment towers, 39 and 42 levels with 4 basement levels. The completed 148,000 square metre Construction Floor Area comprises 543 units of luxurious 2-bedroom apartments, including a gym, children’s playground, sauna, heated swimming pool, and an Onsen spa on the rooftop.

A reinforced concrete core wall and seismic moment frames supported on a foundation of bored piles were selected for the structural system of the building. A diaphragm wall was used for the retaining structure of the basement.
