This project is a continuation of the success story from the Pakubuwono Residence. The project comprises two towers, 32-storeys, and 35-storeys respectively, with a 3-level parking lot basement. The total area of this development is 92,000 square metres.

The lateral system for the towers is a reinforced concrete core wall, designed to take a seismic load effect of 0.170g Peak Base Acceleration, which is above the current Indonesian Code of 0.150g.
