The Trans Luxury Hotel and Ibis Bandung Trans Studio are located in front of the Bandung Supermall. The five-star Trans Luxury Hotel comprises 300 rooms, while the three-star Ibis Bandung Trans Studio comprises 600 rooms. The total floor area including the ballroom is approximately 50,000 square metres.

The structural system is bearing walls with a reinforced concrete transfer system for the first tower and reinforced concrete open frames with core for the second tower, and soil supported reinforced concrete mat as the foundation.
