This was Phase 3 of the Media Nusantara University development. Located on Jalan Boulevard, Gading Serpong, it consists of 18 storeys, a 2-level podium, and a 1-level semi-basement.

This project stands in an 8-hectare university complex with approximately 45,832 square metres total floor area with a double skin façade.
