W Hotel Seminyak is the first W Hotel and Villa in Indonesia. This ITT Sheraton luxury chain hotel marketed towards trendsetting consumers, comprises 159 rooms with spas, two restaurants spanning approximately 484 square metres, and a 415 square meter ballroom.

The hotel’s unique design elements reveal true Balinese culture from features such as a Balinese rice terrace inspired outdoor pool, to chandeliers in the lobby resembling traditional temple roofs. This development includes 90 private villa units in the tranquil northern part of Kuta.

As an element of surprise, the entrance canopy has an oval shape roof measuring 34 metres in length, supported by a single slanted column resembling a giant umbrella. The structural system is reinforced concrete and open frames with a shallow foundation.
