Waecicu Beach Resort is a hotel complex on the island of Flores that is developed on hilly land along the Waecicu Beach. The resort has a 10-storey main building in a sloping ground and some facility areas. It is located in West Manggarai Regency, Labuan Bajo, about 7 kilometers at Northeast of Komodo International Airport.

Davy Sukamta & Partners is appointed as structural and foundation engineering consultant

for the hotel and beach club. The hotel is planned to be opened by the end of 2023.
