Puri Indah Hotel, JAKARTA

Puri Indah Hotel is an addition to the Puri Indah Hotel Mall complex. This 23-story hotel is designed with two levels of basement. The initial phase of the project was completed with the construction of the Puri Indah Park parking building in May 2024. After the hotel is completed, its basement levels will be connected to the parking structure, streamlining the movement of goods and services across the complex. The first floor of the hotel will feature two pedestrian bridges linking directly to Puri Indah Mall 2, providing convenient access for guests and visitors to shopping and entertainment facilities.

The limited footprint of the project posed structural challenges, particularly in positioning the core wall, which is offset to one side of the building. This configuration requires careful consideration to mitigate torsional behavior during seismic events. Special attention has been given to the dimensioning and arrangement of structural elements to ensure both safety and functionality. Currently, the project is in the design coordination and finalization phase.
