A new masterpiece by The Pakubuwono Development is currently underconstruction. Davy Sukamta & Partners has been collaborated with The Pakubuwono Development since the first project, The Pakubuwono Residence. We continue to collaborate on more challenging residential projects until the most recent prestigious one which is The Pakubuwono Menteng.
The Pakubuwono Menteng is the latest masterpiece from a series of luxurious apartment projects developed by the Pakubuwono Development, strategically located in the heart of the city, Menteng, Central Jakarta. It has 34 levels with 3-level basement on 10,900 square meters land area, delivering 71,000 square meters Construction Floor Area.
Our Design Strategy
The 3-level basement is designed with semi top-down method to resist the huge soil pressure from 20 meters thick layer of the very soft organic clay. The ground floor is designed as a working platform during construction. Foundation work was completed in March 2018.
The building will be completed and handed over to the client in the first-half of 2021.
