Kodi Bajo, NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR

Built on 2.8 hectares area in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara, Kodi is developed on hilly land along Waecicu Beach. The development consists of 10-storeys hotel in a sloping ground, private villas with terraced geometry following the site contour, and facility area right beside the beach. All of the buildings facing the sea. 

Shallow foundation combined with raft foundation are used for the building’s foundation, while for the super structure, reinforced concrete moment frame is chosen as gravity and lateral resisting system.

Currently the structure of the hotel is under construction. The resort is planned to be operated by the end of this year.
